How do I check-in?
We offer seamless check-in (4pm) and keyless entry. A code will be provided day of arrival via email or Airbnb messaging. Code changes automatically after your departure.
Can I request additional beds?
We don’t provide extra beds or air mattresses. Please note we have a 10 adult maximum in Main House and 4 adults in Guest House in our 6 bedroom home. Additional guest may result in violation of your stay and penalties up to 100% of your reservation rate.
I ran out of supplies provided.
We provide a starter supply of toiletries, laundry and kitchen supplies. Guests may purchase additional items at the nearest store.
Need a place to store your bags?
In case you plan to arrive earlier or stay later, we have luggage storage options available. Please send us a message to make the arrangements.
Are there any extra charges or fees?
In addition to the cost of nighty rate, standard taxes (based on local laws and regulations) as well as cleaning fee applies. Security deposit of $1,000 is refundable if incidental charges, such as damage to the property or furniture, removal of toiletries or other items on our inventory checklist don't apply. Please refer to our House Rules page for full details.
How to book housekeeping service?
Please send us a message and notify what day and time would you like cleaning service for. A service fee of $450 will be applied. We require a 48 h notice.
How do I find or report a lost item?
If you forgot something during your stay, we’re happy to look and return it if found. Send us a message and description of your item(s) and the best address to send it to. If we do find it, we may ask you to cover the cost of shipping to get it back safe and sound.
How do I report an issue during my stay?
If you need something fixed, or if you need any help or assistance, please contact us. Some requests require that we enter your residence, so we’ll obtain your permission first. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule, but if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. When possible, we will leave items outside your residence.
Can I receive packages at this residence?
Unlike traditional hotels, we do not have a staffed front desk, so there is no guarantee of someone receiving your package for you if you aren't around. Instead, we recommend using a pickup location provided by local mail carriers. Or you may have package delivered to our address at your own risk.
